You'll be based at modern Birmingham training centres, delivering a mix of theoretical and practical sessions to apprentices (16+) and adult learners. Teaching covers apprenticeship programmes as well as a range of commercial and upskilling courses.
Responsibilities
- Delivering engaging classroom and workshop sessions
- Teaching and assessing practical electrical work
- Supporting learners who need additional help or guidance
- Working closely with employers to support apprentice progress
- Contributing to assessments, skills scans, and learner reviews
- Playing an active role in maintaining high standards and learner outcomes
