Overview

Bowson is seeking a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a fast-paced, supportive environment where your expertise will directly shape client experiences and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work towards agreed targets for viewings booked, securing new stock and progressing deals
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and vendors, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process
  • Carry out property viewings and provide clear, practical advice to applicants
  • Be proactive with follow-up calls, delivering timely feedback from viewings and updating clients
  • Register new enquiries on the CRM, book viewings, and match applicants to suitable properties
  • Contact new vendor and landlord instructions within 24 hours to establish trust and gather details
  • Add new property listings to the CRM with accurate details for both sales and lettings
  • Keep the shopfront and online presence up to date with current listings
  • Respond promptly to enquiries across phone, email, and property portals
  • Maintain detailed, transparent notes in the CRM to ensure consistent client care

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and/or lettings
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using technology and CRM systems
  • A genuine passion for property and commitment to continuous learning
