  • Has experience in finance, HR, estates, office management, or school business operations.
  • Has line management experience, with strong leadership skills to develop teams, drive improvements, and implement best practices.
  • Is proactive, solution-focused, and committed to making a positive impact on school operations.
  • Can work independently while also collaborating with Headteachers, governors, and the Trust central team.

  • **Employee Wellbeing:** We conduct an annual staff survey to ensure your voice is heard, and our dedicated Wellbeing Committees provide support and resources.
  • **Financial Benefits:** We offer excellent pension packages and additional benefits such as a Cycle to Work Scheme.

**How to Apply**

All applicants are advised to refer to the candidate information pack, which includes the job description and specification, before submitting an application.
