What is the role?
We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Condobolin team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business – as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:
- Serving customers with a positive can-do attitude
- Making barista coffee
- Preparing our quality food products for sale
- Ensuring our store is clean and presentable
- Other duties as instructed by management

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous.

You will have the potential to work up to 38 hours per week, while earning a generous hourly rate of $30.98* weekday (casual, 20+ year old), and $40.42* weekend (casual, 20+ year old). The Award governing this role is the Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award.
