Bowser Bean Café is an Australian owned and family run business with over 30 years in the industry. We have always operated with a simple promise – to serve and support the regional communities of Victoria and New South Wales. Today we are proud of the way our team, products and services deliver on that promise and we are always looking for new ways to surprise and delight our customers. With 35 sites across Victoria and NSW, we are keen to add talented team members to our crew.
We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Epsom team. The role includes:
- Serving customers with a positive can-do attitude
- Making barista coffee
- Preparing our quality food products for sale
- Ensuring our store is clean and presentable
- Other duties as instructed by management
Qualifications:
- Proactive and able to multi-task
- Take pride in their work
- Can bring a smile to customers and fellow team members
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
