We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the team. This challenging yet rewarding role provides the successful applicant with the opportunity to build on their leadership and management skills within a supportive and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of the day‑to‑day operation of the site
- Spend time at the front counter as part of the customer service team
- Provide exceptional service to customers, including making quality coffee and preparing food
- Keep the store presentable and maintain a welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a café environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Proven staff management skills
- Current food safety supervisors certificate (preferred)
