Are you a driven hospitality leader who delivers exceptional guest experiences and inspires teams to exceed expectations? We are seeking an outstanding Front of House Manager to lead our Front Office operations at the prestigious Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort.

The role involves overseeing and directing all aspects of the Front Office operation, ensuring the highest standards of guest service are consistently delivered while achieving targets for quality, cost control, revenue, and profitability. You will lead and inspire the Front Office, Night, Guest Relations, and Porter teams, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and creating a welcoming, efficient, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop Front Office, Night, Guest Relations, and Porter teams.
  • Drive a culture of service excellence, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.
  • Oversee daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage departmental financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue optimisation.
  • Maximise profitability through effective room scheduling, inventory management, and system utilisation.
  • Collaborate closely with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Accounts teams.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on guest satisfaction, performance metrics, and industry benchmarks.
  • Maintain strong operational control while continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
