We are looking for reliable, hardworking Housekeepers to join our team. Whether you are looking for a full-time career or part-time hours to fit around your lifestyle, we would love to hear from you. Shifts are on a rota-basis Monday-Sunday.
As a Housekeeper, you will take pride in ensuring our guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, and facilities are presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail will play an important part in delivering memorable stays for our guests.
What you will be doing:
- Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to an exceptional standard.
- Preparing rooms for arriving guests by ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Reporting maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Using and maintaining cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Providing friendly, professional service while respecting guest privacy.
- Working closely with the wider Housekeeping team to maintain our high standards.
Our hotel is situated in a rural location, so your own transport is essential, as public transport options are limited. This role may particularly suit applicants living in Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Melksham, Corsham, Royal Wootton Bassett, Marlborough, Swindon, Trowbridge, Bath and the surrounding Wiltshire area.
The successful applicant will:
- Take pride in their work and has an excellent eye for detail.
- Be reliable, positive and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Work independently and manage their time effectively.
- Have a great work ethic and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training is provided.
