We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. You will play a key role in ensuring our guest bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, and hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to exceptional standards.
  • Replenish amenities and ensure rooms are fully prepared for arriving guests.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, and health & safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure work areas remain safe and tidy.
  • Respect guest privacy and provide friendly, professional assistance when needed.
  • Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and fire procedures.
  • Support the wider Housekeeping team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
