The Role
- Prepare and present high‑quality dishes to agreed standards
- Manage your designated kitchen section efficiently
- Support senior chefs with menu preparation and service delivery
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assist with stock control and minimise food waste
- Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen brigade
- Deliver exceptional standards during busy service periods
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Commis Chef, or Demi Chef de Partie
- Experience working within a 4‑star hotel, luxury hospitality venue, rosette restaurant, or high‑volume kitchen
- Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A positive attitude, commitment, and enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
