Bowood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is looking for a creative and design-focused Digital Marketing Assistant to help bring our countryside hotel, spa, golf and events brand to life across digital and print marketing.
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior marketer, creative executive or graphic design-focused candidate looking to grow their career within a luxury brand environment.
From social media campaigns and branded content to event promotion and printed collateral, you will play a hands‑on role creating visually engaging marketing across the resort.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support campaigns that promote hotel stays, spa experiences, weddings, dining, golf and seasonal events — helping drive guest engagement and bookings while building your creative portfolio.
You will work on a wide variety of creative projects in a supportive team environment with genuine opportunities to develop your skills and career.
- What You Will Be Working On
- Managing review platforms (e. g.
Booking. com and Trip Advisor), including supporting response strategy, maintaining accurate imagery and content, and ensuring trading information is up to date
- Working with the PR agency and local media to supply advertising assets, ensuring all artwork meets specifications and deadlines, and identifying opportunities for regional print exposure
- Designing digital and print marketing materials
- Creating engaging social media graphics and branded content
- Supporting multi‑channel marketing campaigns and promotions
- Managing email marketing and guest communications
- Helping maintain strong brand standards across all marketing activity
- Organising marketing assets, photography and campaign material
- What We Are Looking For
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
- Experience creating digital and print marketing content
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
- A creative eye with excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects
- A proactive attitude and passion for branding and content creation
Experience within hospitality, leisure, tourism or luxury brands would be an advantage, but not essential.
