We’re a growing brewing and sales group on an exciting expansion journey — and we’re looking for an ambitious Salesperson to join our team in Kendal. As we scale, we’re strengthening our free-trade sales capability to improve performance, reduce cost, and bring greater structure to our day‑to‑day operations. The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll take ownership of sales performance across a defined geography. You’ll be the face of our brands in the trade, building strong customer relationships and driving growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a structured journey plan aligned with customer availability
  • Setting clear sales objectives for every call and logging activity in our CRM
  • Building a creative, growth-focused sales plan covering both new business and core brand expansion
  • Feeding back valuable market intelligence from meaningful customer conversations

The Person

This is an entry-level field sales role, ideal for someone with pub trade experience who’s hungry to develop. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands the pub trade and enjoys building relationships
  • Is driven to exceed targets and thrives on achieving results
  • Is resilient, tenacious, and proactive in seeking opportunities
  • Holds a full clean driving licence and can drive a brewery van when required

Previous field sales experience is beneficial but not essential — attitude and ambition matter most.
