The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll take ownership of sales performance across a defined geography. You’ll be the face of our brands in the trade, building strong customer relationships and driving growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a structured journey plan aligned with customer availability
  • Setting clear sales objectives for every call and logging activity in our CRM
  • Building a creative, growth‑focused sales plan covering both new business and core brand expansion
  • Feeding back valuable market intelligence from meaningful customer conversations

The Person

This is an entry‑level field sales role, ideal for someone with pub trade experience who’s hungry to develop. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Understands the pub trade and enjoys building relationships
