Bowmill Poole is currently seeking a fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator – Night Shift.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Setting and operating CNC MILL/TURN Lathe machines with FANUC operating control system to produce turned components to customer drawings and specifications.
- Inspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirements.
- General high standard of engineering ability – fully skilled.
- Maintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S.
Your skills and qualifications as a fully skilled CNC Mill/Turn Setter/Operator:
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
- General high standard of engineering ability – fully skilled.
- Working knowledge of Nakamura machines with bar feed is an advantage but not essential.
What we are looking for in you:
- Adept with FANUC Controls and have solid experience in the aerospace industry.
