We are looking for a Document Controller to be based at our Head Office, in Heage, Derbyshire. This is a full time, permanent position, with hours of work being 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday.
Duties of the Role:
- To carry out high quality administrative duties in a timely manner and contribute to the professional and efficient running of the team.
- Input of information onto standard construction industry systems (such as Viewpoint, R Drive, Smart Waste and Work Wallet).
- Support in the completion and updating of live contract documentation.
- Project support to the Operations Team to achieve successful project delivery.
- Support of core functions and any other office duties such as filing, photocopying, uploading and scanning drawings and other documents.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience working in an administration role.
- Able to work autonomously and use own initiative.
- Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- A team player who is able to accommodate a certain level of flexibility
