We are now looking to strengthen our team with the appointment of an experienced Design Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of design across pre-construction and live project phases.
Your initial focus will be on a new build £60 Million school project that is due to start on site in early 2027.
You’ll be tasked with driving the design through the remaining pre-construction period and into construction, commissioning and completion.
You’ll work closely with our project, commercial, planning and building-services teams together with the DfE, consultant team and specialist subcontractors.
