We are looking to recruit a temporary administrator, 5 days a week for a 12-month maternity cover. The hours of work will be 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Thursday, with a 4:30pm finish on a Friday.
Duties of the Role:
- Managing the new starter process, including all correspondence with new staff
- Chasing approvals and liaising with relevant departments including IT and Fleet
- Producing offer letters and contracts and processing leavers
- Chasing outstanding documents and right to work
- Processing changes to terms such as reduction in working days, sabbaticals, secondments and flexible working
- Managing attendance and balancing holidays
- General admin such as references and dealing with day-to-day email enquiries
- Book Accommodation for travel
