Job Title: Hire Desk Co-ordinator Location: High Edge Court, Church Street, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 2BW Salary: Competitive Job Type: This is a full time 6 months fixed term role. Ideally 8 hours over 5 days per week, 08:30am – 5:00pm. We are seeking an enthusiastic Hire Desk Co-ordinator to join our Site Services division, based at High Edge Court, Church Street, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 2BW. Role duties: Processing of cabin allocation Create Job specific Quotation for the client requirement Procurement of Transport for 85 Accommodation account. Liaise daily with stock teams, drivers and engineers to ensure availability Provide clear and professional communication to both customer and colleagues Managing a busy hire desk responding to customer enquiries via phone, email or in person. Support Snr Accommodation Co-ordinator and Accommodation manager Recharges within the group – gathering damage notification and recording and reporting cost. Entering data onto the hire system call Insphire (training available), outlook, word, excel, and E Draw Responding and Organising Labour / sub-contract labour resources for breakdown to Welfare / Accommodation Using of E Draw for proposed cabin layouts and requesting approval Raising P/o and sundry invoices Photocopying – scanning, filing etc… Maintain accurate files Covering holidays – ordering, materials and plant and general office duties Provide support to members of the team to achieve high standards of quality, service, andKey skills and experience required: Must have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous Experience in the hire industry and sales or similar Work in a fast-paced environment.
