About You

  • You’ll have proven experience of managing a team within a sales environment
  • It’s essential that you have a strong background in textiles – whether it be manufacturing or supply – we need someone with “instant knowledge”
  • Naturally, you’ll be a great leader with the ability to build confidence and improve team performance
  • You will be happy working onsite, 5 days per week

About The Job

  • You’ll join as Sales Office Manager and will manage a close-knit team of internal sales coordinators who are responsible for both order processing and account management
  • You will review current and lapsed customer data and work with the team to increase sales and order performance
  • By keeping an eye on the market and competitor activities, you’ll work to boost performance and understand customer needs proactively
  • You will set regular KPI’s and targets for your team, ensuring adherence and achievement; managing performance accordingly
  • It’s a collaborative role where you’ll interact with various internal departments as well as UK & Overseas suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction
