We’re supporting a global engineering leader in their search for an experienced HSE Manager. This is a permanent role based in North Manchester. You’ve got a solid background in HSE management (ideally within manufacturing or engineering).
- You’re NEBOSH / IOSH / IEMA qualified.
- Strong understanding of HSE legislation, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
- Oversee day-to-day health, safety, welfare and environmental activity across site.
- Support and guide teams on HSE processes, policies and best practice.
- Help manage and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Carry out risk assessments, inspections and regular reviews, keeping records up to date.
- Identify training needs and manage HSE-related training across the business.
- Lead HSE meetings at both shopfloor and management level.
- Produce reports and updates on HSE performance for senior leadership.
