We’ve partnered with a globally respected, specialist manufacturing business in their search for a Technical Project Co‑ordinator; someone who can bring clarity, structure and momentum to a critical technical challenge.

You’ll join a business with over two centuries of proud heritage, stepping into a 3–6 month contract (open to FTC or contractor options).

You’ll work closely with technical and quality teams, collaborating across every department to drive critical improvement projects.

About You

  • You’ve got proven experience in delivering complex projects from start to finish.
  • It’s essential that you’ve worked with manufacturing processes, production and engineering-led businesses.
  • It goes without saying that you’ve got exceptionally strong organisation skills.
  • Tech savvy, comfortable using AI, dashboards and digital tools for critical data analysis and reporting.
  • A highly analytical thinker, able to spot patterns quickly and feed back to the wider team.
  • A strong problem solver who digs into root causes and finds solutions.
  • Confident with IT systems and digital workflows
  • You’re inquisitive, always asking the right questions to get to the root of an issue.

About the Role

  • You’ll provide the data and analysis to the wider team to work towards collective goals.
  • Tracking progress; what’s been tested, what worked, what didn’t and what still needs investigating.
  • You’ll support root‑cause work and keep the team focused on driving issues to resolution.
  • Lead reviews, coordinating meetings, updates and feedback to senior stakeholders.
  • You’ll remove barriers, challenge assumptions, clear obstacles and ensure actions are completed.
  • You’ll provide visibility, giving leadership clear, honest updates on progress, risks and outcomes.
