About You
- Experienced Treasury / Financial Accountant with manufacturing experience
- Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA (or finalist)
- Confident leading a small team (you’ll manage a small team of two)
- Creative, forward-thinking and process-improvement focused
- Comfortable presenting to all levels of the business
- Strong exposure to audit, compliance, controls and reporting
- ERP-savvy and adaptable
- Happy working on-site full-time
About the Role
- Report directly to the Finance Director
- Oversee AP, AR and General Ledger
- Own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Manage journals, reconciliations, balance sheet controls and month/year-end
- Lead on tax, audit, compliance, cashflow and treasury
- Present updates and be the finance voice across the site
- Develop and manage a small team of two
- Shape processes as the business continues to grow
- On-site 5 days a week with early finish every Friday
