We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager / Head of Sales to lead sales growth across the Automotive, Aviation, Industrial and Medical sectors.

This is a hands-on role for a proven sales professional who can develop and execute a commercial strategy while actively winning new business, growing key accounts, and driving team performance.

You will take ownership of UK sales revenue and profitability, lead and develop the sales team, establish pricing strategies, manage budgets and forecasts, and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.

  • Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Background within Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Aviation or Medical sectors preferred.
  • Experience within plastic injection moulding, PU conversion/manufacturing, acoustic products or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of delivering sales growth and winning new business.
  • Previous experience managing and developing a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with experience in budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning. About The Role
