Are you an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager / Sales Manager looking for a step up? We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Commercial Manager to lead sales growth across the Automotive, Aviation, Industrial and Medical sectors. This is a hands-on role for a proven sales professional who can develop and execute a commercial strategy while actively winning new business, growing key accounts, and driving team performance.

You will take ownership of UK sales revenue and profitability, lead and develop the sales team, establish pricing strategies, manage budgets and forecasts, and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
