About You

  • It’s essential that you’ve had exposure to working in a laboratory with textiles, chemicals, coatings or dyes
  • You should have an analytical mindset and be able to provide accurate analysis and reporting of your findings
  • You’ll need to be a people-person and will enjoy collaborating with internal teams including product development and production
  • With your high attention to detail, you will thrive on providing top-tier, critical information to your team
  • You’ll have patience, independence and the desire to progress
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift your focus is needed for this role
  • Happy to work onsite 5 days per week

About The Role

  • You’ll join as QC Technician and will work in support of the Product Development Manager; we’re looking for someone who will step up during periods of absence / holidays / peak periods
  • Your primary responsibilities will be day to day testing of incoming samples, raw materials, in-process and finished goods using a variety of scientific equipment and methods
  • You should have a good eye for colour and will need to undertake a test at interview stage
  • You will record, review, file and report findings of all testing, escalating any anomalies and making suggestions for improvement
  • Ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working order, ready for next use
  • The role is site based, 40 hours per week
