About You
- You’ll have previous experience in a similar role within a textile business
- You have an analytical mindset and can deliver accurate testing and reporting
- You’re a people-person who enjoys collaborating with product development and production
- Your attention to detail is second nature and you take pride in providing critical information
- You can juggle tasks, prioritise well and shift focus when needed
About the Role
- Work to technical specifications, manuals, testing requirements and legislation
- Assess product safety and risk at every stage of development
- Carry out red and gold seal evaluations with accuracy and consistency
- Provide clear feedback to suppliers to drive improvements
- Maintain detailed technical records and ensure documentation is always up to date
- Build strong supplier relationships and attend internal/external meetings
- Support customer queries and complaints through structured root-cause analysis
- Manage critical path documentation and complete all required technical forms
- Contribute to sustainability projects and support wider technical initiatives
- Promote safe working practices and follow all company policies
