Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Supervisor to join this business on a permanent basis.
This hands-on role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities across 3 Manchester sites.
You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage facilities requests, oversee janitorial and cleaning standards, and work closely with contractors, suppliers, landlords, and colleagues to ensure all business premises remain safe, secure, and well maintained.
Experience in facilities management is not essential were looking for someone with a good work ethic, is proactive and ambitious; there is opportunity for you to grow your role over time.

Manage facilities requests, track actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Supervise janitorial and cleaning activities, maintaining high housekeeping standards.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and landlords, obtaining quotations and coordinating works.
Maintain facilities records, compliance documentation, and contractor information.
Support facilities projects, improvement initiatives, and operational site standards.
About You Experience coordinating operations, contractors, suppliers, projects, or facilities services.
Previous experience supervising or coordinating the work of others.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Competent with Microsoft Office and business systems.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between company sites.
Desirables Experience within facilities, property, operations, logistics, warehousing, transport, customer service, administration, maintenance, or project support environments.
