This is an exciting opportunity to join Bowling Park Primary School, a vibrant and inclusive school at the heart of the Bradford community. Be the welcoming face of our school as an Admin Assistant, you will be at the heart of our school, providing a warm, professional first point of contact for families and visitors. Providing high-quality administrative support to keep the office running smoothly. You’ll handle enquiries, manage records, and support daily operations with professionalism and care, while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to our supportive, team-focused school community.

The successful candidate will:
- Support an Administrative Team in the delivery of admin support and services to staff, students and parents.
- Maintain critical school records and databases, ensuring confidentiality is maintained where necessary, but meeting the School's statutory responsibilities, including to external organisations such as the DfE.
- Be confident in solving complex problems and working with colleagues from across a range of roles.
- Provide a high-level administrative service, including undertaking tasks such as word processing, reception duties and managing visitors.
- Manage complex data and information while ensuring that school systems are kept up to date.
