The staff and Governing Board are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated and hard‑working Teaching Assistant to join the caring and friendly staff at Bowlee Park Community School. The successful candidate should have the ability to communicate at all levels and be able to work as part of a team.

The successful, well-qualified candidates will:

  • Have recent successful experience in a primary school, in KS1/KS2
  • Possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Have high expectations of pupils' achievement
  • Have vision, enthusiasm and a good sense of humour
  • Possess good communication skills
  • Be a team player with a positive outlook
  • Be driven by the needs of our children
  • Have an ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors
