Role Description
This is a full-time, role located in Greater Manchester for a Architectural Technologist. You will manage and oversee Technical Packages ensuring adherence to specifications and industry standards. Responsibilities include: preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and advising project teams through design and construction. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and effective team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, and other relevant tools
- Strong technical skills in building construction, design detailing, and preparation of technical drawings
- Experience in project management, team coordination, and collaboration with stakeholdersKnowledge of UK building regulations, planning procedures, and construction standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Membership in CIAT (Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists) or eligibility to apply is advantageous
- Experience working on complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects would be beneficial
