As a MINI Product Genius, you will be the face of the brand, representing both MINI and Bowker to our customers.
You will engage with customers on a day-to-day basis, sharing your knowledge of the MINI product range, providing an outstanding level of customer care and generating sales opportunities by creating genuine excitement around the products we offer.
Full product training will be provided.
Although this is not a traditional sales role, you will be expected to share your passion for MINI in a knowledgeable and pressure-free way.
You will become a trusted brand ambassador and the go-to person for customers looking to understand our vehicles, technology and available options.
By taking the time to understand each customer personally, you will help provide a bespoke experience and identify the most suitable MINI model for their individual needs.
You will have the opportunity to embrace the MINI range, experience the vehicles first-hand and bring the MINI driving experience to life for our customers.
Vehicle Presentation and Showroom Support
An important part of the role will be supporting the physical and digital presentation of our vehicles, ensuring they are prepared and displayed to the high standards expected by MINI and Bowker.
Responsibilities will include
- Photographing vehicles to ensure they are presented professionally across our website and other digital advertising platforms.
- Preparing vehicles for display within the showroom and on the external sales pitch.
- Collecting and moving vehicles between locations when required.
- Ensuring vehicles are correctly positioned, and presented ready for customers to view.
- Supporting the wider sales team with general showroom and vehicle preparation and organisational duties.
The position therefore combines the responsibilities of a MINI Product Genius with elements of a showroom assistant role.
You will need to be comfortable working both directly with customers and practically with the vehicles across the dealership.
Skills & Experience
You will have experience in a customer-facing role and have a good understanding of what great customer service looks like.
A passion for MINI should be a prerequisite for this position.
We are looking for a true team player who wants to join our successful team and help take us to the next level.
You will need a driving licence too, lots of energy and passion and will enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis.
