Bowker Motor Group are recruiting a MINI Sales Executive to join the Team at their MINI Centre on Trident Way.

As a MINI Sales Executive you are key to our business growth; selling vehicles and associated products whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience
  • Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met
  • Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates
  • Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles
  • Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification
  • Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm on a rota basis.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience within automotive sales (ideally sports and prestige)
  • Well presented
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Quality awareness
  • Full UK driving licence
