Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a Mobile Trailer Technician to join our Selby team. Please note the successful candidate will be working across multiple locations, our Selby distribution centre & our Hull distribution centre.
What we’re looking for:
- Fully Experienced Trailer Technician to work out of our service van
- Knowledge and experience of servicing and maintaining Trailers
- Knowledge of IT and Diagnostic Systems
- Electrical and diagnostic skills
- Fabrication Skills advantage
- Flexible approach to a job as a whole
Key Tasks:
- To undertake maintenance and servicing of vehicles and trailers using our mobile service van to DVSA standards at our various depots and workshops
- Undertake the maintenance of equipment and ancillary equipment to manufacturers and company standards and procedures
- Complete all relevant administration and documentation to the correct standard (Service sheets, Job cards)
- Report, inspect and document findings and faults to equipment on a daily basis and throughout the course of the working day
- To be flexible in approach to the role as a whole
- Assist in the improvement & development of the workshop operation
- Work and communicate well as part of a small team
Alternating weeks 8.00am to 6.00pm and 7.00am to 5.00pm
