We're looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join Bowhill Recruitment on a self-employed, commission-only basis across a number of UK and European desks. This isn't a traditional agency role. There's no salary, no micromanagement and no targets. You work your desk, your way — and you keep the majority of what you bill. The commission split starts at 60%. For senior consultants with a strong, proven billing history, we can go up to 70–80% depending on experience and track record. We are currently recruiting across UK and European desks covering: Entertainment, Music, Events, Sports, Hospitality, Leisure and Travel. The European language(s) you speak will determine which region you work.
What you'll do:
- Win and develop client relationships in your chosen sector
- Manage the full recruitment process from brief to placement
- Source, screen and present candidates independently
- Build repeat business and long-term client relationships
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 18 months agency or in-house recruitment experience with a consistent billing record
- Genuine knowledge of and passion for your chosen sector
- Proven ability to make placements and generate fees independently
- Comfortable working without a base salary
- Own a limited company or willing to operate as a self-employed sole trader
- Eligible to work in the UK or Europe depending on the desk
