What you will be doing:
- Manage and oversee all Food Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
- Deliver high-quality service while ensuring effective cost management and profitability.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to create outstanding guest experiences.
- Lead, train, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain health safety standards and compliance across all areas.
- Implement strategies to maximise sales and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest feedback and take action to continuously improve.
- Oversee stock control and purchasing, ensuring accurate stocktakes and GP targets.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
