What you will be doing:

  • Manage and oversee all Food Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events.
  • Deliver high-quality service while ensuring effective cost management and profitability.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Head Chef to create outstanding guest experiences.
  • Lead, train, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain health safety standards and compliance across all areas.
  • Implement strategies to maximise sales and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and take action to continuously improve.
  • Oversee stock control and purchasing, ensuring accurate stocktakes and GP targets.
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
