We’re on the lookout for a Senior Systems Engineer – Automotive Partnerships to be the technical force behind seamless integration between our premium audio technologies and cutting-edge automotive platforms. What You’ll Be Doing- Act as the Technical Bridge between Masimo’s audio engineering teams and global automotive partners
- Define system architecture and integration strategies for in-vehicle sound systems that push the boundaries of performance
- Lead technical discussions with OEMs and Tier 1s, aligning on product roadmaps, system specs, and collaborative innovation
- Drive product excellence by contributing to system design, performance validation, and end-vehicle tuning
- A degree in Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field (BS or MS)
- Expertise in audio systems
- Communication skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with HMI design, automotive UX/UI systems
- Hands-on experience with tools like MATLAB, Simulink, AudioWeaver, or similar tuning/simulation software
- Deep understanding of in-car system integration challenges and solutions
- Proven experience in automotive systems engineering and cross-company technical collaboration
