We are searching for a remote working dynamic and experienced Account Manager to lead and manage our client's relationships across the North of England.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key accounts within the NHS and Healthcare sector, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of our clients solutions.

This is a highly strategic and customer-facing role, requiring strong leadership, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets within the North of England.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success.
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client, working closely with them to identify opportunities for further engagement and solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to align regional sales strategies with overall company objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to market penetration and client engagement.
  • Share insights and feedback from client interactions with the Chief Revenue Officer, contributing to the refinement of sales tactics and product offerings.
  • Work in tandem with the Chief Revenue Officer to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and market knowledge.
  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer in key presentations, client meetings, and contract negotiations, providing expertise on account-specific needs and challenges. xsabvtc
