We are searching for a highly driven Digital Marketing Executive for our client, a business that runs extremely high-impact campaigns for high-performing financial services, online trading, finance and fintech brands.

In this role you will be given real responsibility from the start - you will be hands-on, in the data, running campaigns, and driving real growth.

Daily you will:

  • Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns - from structure to strategy, briefing creatives to copy.
  • Build and optimise SEO strategies across technical SEO, on-page, and content planning.
  • Conduct keyword research, write briefs, and ensure all content aligns with ranking and conversion goals.
  • Monitor Ad spend, performance, and ROI - adjusting in real-time to hit KPIs.
  • Audit client sites for SEO performance and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with creatives, developers, and content leads to get everything live and looking sharp.
  • Report on results, but more importantly, improve them.

To be considered for this role you will be/have:

  • Commercial and hands-on experience managing SEO and paid advertising campaigns (agency or in-house).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and their reporting platforms.
  • A solid understanding of on-page SEO, technical audits, keyword strategy, and content optimisation.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills - especially when simplifying data for clients or teammates.
  • Attention to detail, and an ability to move quickly without losing it.
  • Ad experience in the financial sector is a real bonus - it is one of the most difficult to run and you will need to be resilient, clever and calm to get the success required - you will deliver results in industries where clicks cost a lot more, and competition is fierce!

This role is offered on a hybrid-working basis, 3-days in the office and 2-days from home. You must therefore live within a commutable distance of Exeter or be in a position to relocate to the area.
