We are looking for a commercially focused and professional Business Development Lead with deep relationships across the NHS and Digital Health for this senior and high-impact role.

You will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities, turning initial conversations into trusted partnerships and strategic growth.

Working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be a key contributor to our client's commercial strategy and future success, influencing how they engage with the market and driving long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Identify and research new markets and organisations aligned with the growth strategy.
  • Build relationships at senior levels within NHS Trusts, ICBs, and Health Technology partners.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities based on commercial and strategic fit.
  • Opportunity Development
  • Engage early with decision-makers to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Shape and articulate value propositions aligned to customer objectives.
  • Support bid development and solution design with internal teams.
  • Sales & CRM Collaboration
  • Work closely with the CRO and Sales Team to prioritise leads and align efforts with revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, including pipeline status and key contacts.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence
  • Stay attuned to NHS policy, funding priorities, and digital transformation trends.
  • Provide insight and feedback to inform commercial positioning and product strategy.
  • Relationship Building
  • Act as a credible ambassador at senior stakeholder meetings and sector events.
  • Cultivate long‑term partnerships that strengthens reputation and market presence.
