BI Analyst

Our client a leading B2B business based in South Devon is looking to hire an experienced BI Analyst to help them develop their dashboards and reporting capabilities which are used by their management team to make key business decisions. The role is offered initially as a 6-month fixed-term contract with a real possibility of becoming a permanent position. The client is looking for someone who is able to come into the office 1 or 2 days per week – the office is based in South Devon near to Newton Abbot so you will need to be located within a commutable distance of Newton Abbot to be considered for the role. The role is a technical and hands-on position, but it also requires someone who is experienced with strategic planning, someone with the ability to align business intelligence and reporting initiatives with company goals and business/user requirements. Working with the Senor IT Manager and various Data Users you will determine requirements and components, setting clear objectives, around data, BI and Dashboard development. Some experience with Business Analysis and Project Management is highly desirable but is NOT essential.
