Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Be the first face the customer sees as they enter the branch and welcome them with a warm greeting
  • Ensure all hardware deliveries are put away and shelves are fully stocked
  • Serving customers and ensuring they receive an outstanding customer experience
  • Processing sales and putting quotes together for customers
  • Clean the hardware area and counter, ensuring it is neat and tidy at all times

We are looking for an individual who possesses the below skills:

  • A passion and ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build great relationships
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • An ability to undertake physical tasks safely
  • Strong communication, relationship building and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as being a team player
