A growing organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support operational teams and enhance financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified Accountant who enjoys combining analysis with stakeholder engagement and wants to play a key role in improving financial performance.

Working closely with both Finance and Operations, you will take ownership of monthly reporting, forecasting and balance sheet control for your allocated business areas.

The role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to contribute to wider FP&A and analysis projects within a fast-moving environment.

What are we looking for?

Our client is seeking experience within a similar Finance Business Partner or management accounting role.

ACCA or CIMA or equivalent part qualified/ qualified.

Effective and influential communication skills are imperative as you will be working with non-finance stakeholders.

Finance Business Partner duties and responsibilities; Managing monthly financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely performance updates.

Leading monthly P&L reporting, analysing variances against budget and forecast.

Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes and contributing to longer-term financial planning.

Building strong relationships with operational and finance stakeholders to improve visibility and understanding of financial performance.

Embedding robust financial processes and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.

Producing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, focusing on accruals, prepayments and stock.

Assisting with audit requirements and ad hoc financial tasks.

Preparing processing notes and maintaining shared finance inbox responsibilities.

Supporting FP&A with analysis projects and commercial insight.
