An ambitious and forward-thinking Chartered Accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager/ Senior Manager to join their established tax team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident tax professional who enjoys leading others, managing complex portfolios, and delivering high-quality advisory and compliance work.

The Corporate Tax Manager/ Senior Manager will work closely with a Tax Partner, contribute to strategic decision-making, and play a key role in shaping the future of the firms corporate tax offering.

We welcome applications from CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified individuals with strong corporate tax experience gained within an accountancy practice.

You should be comfortable managing a diverse client portfolio, reviewing complex work, and providing clear, commercially focused advice.

This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing staff, and acting as a trusted adviser to clients. Corporate Tax Manager/Senior Manager duties and responsibilities;

Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance.

Supporting tax partners on a wide range of advisory projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and complex investigations.

Review complex tax computations, disclosures, and technical work prepared by the team.

Provide high-level corporate tax advice, planning, and technical guidance to clients.

Act as a key technical expert within the team, researching and interpreting complex legislation.

Lead on advisory projects, including restructuring, group tax matters, and transactional support.

Work closely with the Tax Partner on strategic initiatives and complex technical reviews.

Manage workflow, deadlines, and resource allocation across the tax team.

Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff, supporting their professional progression.

Build strong, long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
