A growing Cardiff accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Payroller/ Bookkeeper. This role is centrally located and also offers paid for parking. There can be flexibility with the hours, full and reduced hours can be considered. Ideally looking to work everyday and once fully trained hybrid working from home can be implemented (two days working from home). The Payroller/Bookkeeper duties are approximately 60% Payroll and 40% Bookkeeping. It would be highly advantageous if you have working knowledge of IRIS and Sage for Payroll and/or Sage, Xero and QuickBooks for Bookkeeping. To be considered for this position you do need to have gained experience in an accountancy practice environment. Payroller/Bookkeeper duties and responsibilities; Processing Payroll on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis using IRIS and Sage Payroll software. Liaising with clients regarding Payroll issues and assist to resolve quickly and efficiently. Liaising with the HMRC as and when required. Auto enrolment and RTI duties.
