An Accounts Technician is required for an independent Accountancy Practice looking to expand their existing team due to growth. This is a varied and challenging role, where you will benefit from a professional working office with free parking and a supportive working culture.To be considered for this opportunity you do need to have gained prior accountancy practice experience and ideally be AAT qualified. Full ACCA study support is available with this position. Duties and Responsibilities of Accounts Technician. Preparation and completion of Limited Company accounts. Preparation of management accounts. Preparation of VAT Returns under different VAT schemes. Bookkeeping duties. Dealing with ad hoc queries raised by clients. Experience with Cloud based accountancy software. Ability to reconcile all control accounts. Understanding of Companies Act disclosures for Financial Statements.
