A broad range of skills, including the precision associated with managing a team to deliver a vital launch pad for the next generation of researchers committed to discovering new treatments and cures for bowel cancer and bowel diseases

You will be an experienced professional who can show a successful track record of leadership, collaboration and reputation management with these skills and experience:

Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, and strong yet sensitive personality to engage with the many internal and external stakeholders

Experience of developing strategies and management practices to achieve organisational objectives.

Motivational management style and the ability to work with expert professionals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Consultative, consensus-building approach and abilities.

A high level of initiative and drive.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure Financially astute

Knowledge and experience of using IT to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

Leadership is key with empathy for the cause including commitment to the aims and vision of BRUK
