The Client
Our client is a leading commercial glazing, fencing, cladding and faade specialist and they are looking to add a Project Manager to their fencing team. The Role
We are seeking a Fencing Project Manager to manage commercial security fencing projects from pre-construction through to completion; on time, on budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Line management of a small fencing team
- Manage multiple fencing projects simultaneously, from site survey through to handover, including site visits throughout the UK and Ireland
- Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Plan schedules, budgets and resource requirements and manage costs throughout
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, CDM xgikmsk regulations and fencing / security standards
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors and manage quality through to snagging
- Coach and support the wider fencing team
What you'll need:
- A proven track record as a Project Manager in commercial fencing
- Experience with 358 mesh fencing projects
- Full, clean driving licence
- SMSTS and CSCS Card (black)
