The Client

Our client is an interior fit-out business with over 20 years' of trading history who specialise in high end commercial office refurbishments. They are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager / Building Services Manager to join their team in Manchester.

The Role

The Technical Services Manager will provide technical leadership and clarity across the full MEP lifecycle of a project - from sale through to Day 2. Working alongside the wider project team, TSMs ensure that our client develops, communicates and delivers considered, high-quality MEP solutions that reduce risk, improve value and enhance client experience. TSMs act as the technical custodian of the MEP strategy once a project transitions from sale, ensuring that the intent established at bid stage is developed, validated, delivered, commissioned and handed over in line with agreed performance, quality and programme expectations.

Key Activities

  • Support the transition of MEP strategy from sale into pre-commencement, ensuring a clear and robust handover from the MEP Lead and alignment with the agreed services intent.
  • Assess services solution requirements by reviewing performance specifications.
