The Client
Our client is an interior fit-out business with over 20 years' of trading history who specialise in high end commercial office refurbishments. Their professionalism, attention to detail, quality and delivery has led to them being one of the most respected companies in the industry. They are looking to add an experienced Design & Build Project Manager to their team.
The Role
The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful management and delivery of turnkey D&B office fit out projects. Primarily working with the Account Director and wider project team, the Project Manager's focus will be around ensuring all projects consistently perform well on matters of health & safety, programme management, commercial control and quality of installation.
Responsibilities:
- Establish close working relationship with Account Director, ensuring clear understanding of project scope, targets and understanding of all details of the project.
- Be the client's key point of contact throughout the works, managing expectation, assessing any risk and escalating where appropriate.
