Our client is a leading commercial glazing, fencing, cladding and façade specialist and they are looking to add a Project Manager to their fencing team. The Role
We are seeking a Fencing Project Manager to manage commercial security fencing projects from pre-construction through to completion; on time, on budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Line management of a small fencing team
- Manage multiple fencing projects simultaneously, from site survey through to handover, including site visits throughout the UK and Ireland
- Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Plan schedules, budgets and resource requirements and manage costs throughout
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
